NVC sent email I thought i got cc 

but there are a problem with the birth certificate and they want send it again . I feel upset! How many days they need to get cc? After we send the birth certificates

Ok thanks.  I m right behind you till case complete.  My lawyer says that I would get interview in October but I doubt it.  Hopefully with lawyer it's quicker.

"The NVC is no longer asking for photos to be sent with your package, but they are required at the interview."

We didn't call before few minutes ago. I'm stressed. I don't want an interview before end of October.

Getting a late October interview date depends on how busy your local embassy is.

At the embassy interview - does the officer require the ORIGINAL AOS form sent to NVC?  Or will a copy be okay?
