How did your parents move to the US.

My sister lives here with her husband and she sponsored our parents. She also applied for all siblings.

I would imagine you should be able to get an annulment.

I am real and doesnt want someone prove me fraud. My situation is complex. I dnt know what to do??

If I go to him, I am sure he will harm me. I fear of him now too much...

No one is advising you go to him.

You made a choice to use the immigration visa to go directly to your parents instead of going to meet your husband.  The way this looks is not good for you to show a bona fide marriage on your part.

You need a really good immigration attorney.

So your other siblings are waiting in Pakistan?

The only waiver that you can qualify for is the divorce waiver.  To get this waiver, you need to show a bona fide marriage.  Without even going to meet your husband after entering on your immigrant visa, IMHO it would be impossible for you to show a bona fide marriage.  You are unlikely to get this waiver.

I consulted 2 lawyers. One said if u not get waiver it is gonna prove fraud. One is saying it will prove fraud. I am not fraud. I could have come via sis, parents and study visa.

How can i defend me from that person. He and whole family is my enemy.

Its fine if i dnt get waiver. But will it prove fraud? I am not though. But he want to prove me.

If I go back muself then?

And should I tell immigration about it as he also put complaint against me.

You are not listening.  We can not help you.  We can not advise you what to do.

Your problems are too complex.  You need professional help from a good competent immigration attorney.

2 lawyers gave different answers. So.

One said that go to immigration office and tell them and ask consequences. Should I inform immigration about it? My husband's family is just my enemy...

Difficult to imagine that if you voluntarily surrender your GC there could or would be any fraud investigation.

I'm confused as to why you didn't go to him in the first place. You say it's because you didn't want to live with his parents, but you must've known he lived with his parents prior to your flight coming to the US. Not to mention, you didn't even give it a chance. I know if I loved my husband, and wanted to be with him, I couldn't imagine letting something like that stop us from being together. At least trying. As far as the visa coming here with your parents and sister, well that takes a lot of time. Not nearly as fast as coming on a IR1 or CR1. You need an immigration attorney. One that is knowledgeable in immigration.

Are you going to rely on a lawyer that tells you to go to the immigration office and tell them and ask about the consequences?   Is that wise?
