Oh I see. It happens though. People forget. Hopefully they are no requesting the same thing again

Aw thanks but I can almost bet it's the passport photo thing. I wasn't sure about it because I read that if they are here in the states to send them but if not don't or something like that. So now I have to wait for him to send his to me all the way from the DR. Ugh

It may be. I did include two passport photos on my application and that’s what they ask me. Anyways good luck. We will be fine

I heard the same (that you don't have to send a passport style photo for the beneficiary if he/she is not in the USA.    But me and my spouse just gave them a passport style photo of her anyway.  The whole thing is confusing, so i just went overboard with everything just to be safe.    Good luck.

I should have done the same.  Ugh. Paying for my mistakes but I'm going to keep it pushing. Maybe they want a kidney this time.

My husband also didn't send my passport photos as I wasn't in the States. I think that what the instructions state. So, I guess you shouldn't worry about it :)

Hopefully, it won't take any longer till your approval :)

Just got the RFE letter today and despite me sending my passport photo, not my husband's they want another one of me and this time they give specific instructions on what they want. They ask for the Alien Registration Number that I wouldn't have had the first time I sent it. I didn't print my name on the back of the one I sent so maybe that's what the issue was. Ugh. I didn't put it in a glassine or paper envelope either so maybe my photo ended up in one of your guys' files. LOL...gotta laugh at it. Congrats all who got approved and good luck.
