Wow congratulations! This gives me much hope. I'm a May filer but if Texas has already done at least a few April petitions that means it shouldn't be much longer before I hear about mine inshallah

That's great! So there truly is no rhyme or reason so how they're processing these because they don't really seem to be going strictly in the order they received.  I wonder if they just sift through the piles and do "easy" ones first lol.

I didn't think California is processing i130s anymore? I could be wrong. Maybe you are referring to a different form?

My I130 is in CSC, unfortunately lol They are very slow

Hello any idea or thoughts when i should expect my I130 approval i filed in April 2018 and recieved at USCIS April 19 2018. I am born US citizen my wife is over seas in India from Hyderabad , and my servicing center is NE. So far only update i get weekly it is in processing and in normal time. Anyone please provide me as i am eagerly waiting to be with my wife

Hey, I filed for my wife in February 20, still waiting. You probably have 2-3 months of wait for approval. Right now I am seeing January and February approvals, so your looking at 2 months at least. I am waiting over 7 months now for approval 😔

No, you can't expedite based on pregnancy. There is nothing you can do to speed it up trust me someone would of figured it out by now lol. Wait is the only option we have, its harsh but truth. There is no such thing as early approval, i mean you can get early approval as in few weeks early by luck but its super rare.

California processes I-130 applications of permanent residents.

Ugh my fellow Potomac filers, it's not looking to promising for us. The timeframe has changed since I have applied...at first it was 8-11 months and now 9-12. Congrats to all the others who have gotten approval even though I'm lowkey hating on yaw. Teehee. Soon Potomac...I can feel it.
