Hey guys, I just refreshed my case tracker for the 1000th time (like I do every day) and my EAD changed to New card is being produced!!

Hi guys,

 

Thanks for giving me a lot of advices. I just got update from USCIS that "New card is being produced". It is very surprise, because I just got denial from USCIS to expedite the EAD 3 days ago, contacted the congressman's office today and about to send evidence tomorrow. 

 

Here is my timeline:

1. Packet sent: 04/01

2. Packet received: 04/05

3. Notice date: 04/13

4. New card is being produced: 08/15

 

There is total 137 days, no expedite. Good luck for the rest of you. Good new is coming for April filers ^_^.

Congratulation ! Same here, just refreshed my case status 10 mins ago. When did you send the packet?

Congrats as well!! Sent the packet on March 29th. NOA1 is april 8th

Oh I see. Almost same day. I sent April 1st.

142 days from when my packet was recieved... seeing some of you guys getting your EAD/AP’s now (Congrats BTW! 🙂) is just making me so impatient 😂 Checking my status at least 5-10 times a day, ANY MINUTE NOW! (I hope 🙂)

Seeing that a lot of April filers got the new update about EAD/AP without expedite. I believe you will got it soon as well.

Congratulations!. Next, You'll receive approval letter on mailbox first before you get EAD card. I'm waiting for the card now.

Hi! How long have you been waiting? I had the notification that the card was sent on Monday and I'm surprised ( and antsy) that it is not here yet. Lots of people got the card like in one day. Nothing in the informed delivery either...

Went and checked the mailbox and it was there! but it did not show up neither in letters nor packages in the informed delivery...

I had no desire to look into getting an expedite. I’m now considering it 😬😬 This is taking soooooo long.

i feel you. everyone seems to be getting their EAD/AP card. my NOA is april 13. i am getting a little impatient now. waiting for my combo card too so at least i can use it to take my nursing licensure exam.

They said they had mailed me a request for initial evidence Saturday 11th august and nothing has turned up as of yet. I start to panic when people get their mail within 2 or so days and I'm still waiting 😟

I honestly feel like it’s the only option at this point. I hate sitting back and doing nothing! So I think I’m going to start looking into it! At least then I’ll feel a little more pro-active! I really want to start working. My NOA1 is April 16th.

 

Just curious - Does anyone know what the “priority date” means???
