You've been waiting 2 years? Two years for NOA 2 from USCIS or two years waiting for the embassy to contact you about an interview...? Need some more specifics.

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

Im stuck here since 2 years no needs nothing

Not sure how the embassy works there exactly whether they contact you and schedule interview or you just do it yourself. Each embassy is different. For instance Philippines, once petition (I129f) leaves NVC, you're on your own to complete the rest of the process (medical, schedule interview, ect).

Honestly if it's been two years and no movement or anything, your petition may honestly have expired an not be any good now. Usually have a 6 months expiration on the NOA2 from USCIS. Where is the petitioner in all this?

The embassy in Abu Dhabi is supposed to email packet 3 to the petitioner. Packet 3 contains the instructions on how to schedule and pay for the interview. I've heard that this can sometimes take 1-3 months, but obviously 2+ years means that either you missed the original email or the embassy did not send you the packet to begin with. As said above, I'd be worried about your petition being expired at this point.

Your case was ready in February of 2017.  Ready generally means that you can schedule the interview.  Did you contact the embassy?
