Hello,

My wife's petition for her parents has made it to the visa center.  She does not have a job so I, the husband, am the primary sponsor.

For the I-864, do I fill out the entire form with my income info?

P.S.:  Attach is Part I of the I-864.  Do I put my name there?  And, which check box should I select?

regardless if she has income or not, your wife will always be the primary sponsor. even if she has $0 income

she is the petitioner, therefore, she is the one to file the i864 for each parent. you are her co sponsor since you are her household member you will fill out the i864A for each parent

your wife fills the i864, you fill out the i864A

one set per parent, meaning 2 i864 and 2 i864A
