Of course! You’re much welcome to hang around here, too! And don’t forget the NOA2-NVC March forum  ☺️

”No status” is not something I have encountered before. But I did see in the Amsterdam consulate info that it may take the consulate between 5-6 weeks to get in touch with you. That’s kind of slow but at least it means you’re still within the normal time range. Hope you hear from them soon! 👍🏼

Thanks LizM! My fiance just contacted the NVC and the embassy has received the package already on March 30th, so I guess they are very busy =(. I emailed them again...

Thanks for the other forum! Cool! There's a lot of information here.

What does it mean when your case is “pending review with an adjusicatjons officer”?

After doing an inquiry that’s the response I got.

Does that mean the security checks are done?

To my understanding "pending review with an adjusicatjons officer" means they have it already and it's assigned to an adjudicator who will review it when he reaches your file.

Or its there with them but they have not assigned it to anyone but immediately they reach your file they'll review it.

End of day 14 of "Response to USCIS RFE was Received" and still no NOA 2. Really hoping we hear something this week.

In total it's been 226 days now since NOA 1.

Sending you positive vibes! You’ll hear something very soon!

What did they ask for your RFE if you don't mind me asking? All they wanted from us was proof we've been together within the last 2 years (which we already sent when we originally filed).

Where/How did you do the inquiry?

I don’t know if you asked because you are going to. But, Don’t do an inquiry. You’re really really close. (and probably they wouldn’t let you cause after rfe you need to give 60 days for one)

I already submitted a inquiry online. Was that a bad move? It said to expect a response by the end of the month, but I just figured the worst that could happen is they tell me it's being worked on.

Well not always bad but sometimes complicated situations. When did you submit?

the worst is, you get approved and they send your file but because they’re not logical they sometimes just ask back the file from NVC to reply the inquiry... seriously no logic in anything..

Right after I asked how the other person submitted an inquiry (I should have done a Google search myself instead of asking here). So maybe 5 minutes ago.

Ok let’s hope they’ll just ignore it :)

it is really too too early to be worried after rfe (although it is frustrating)

edit: the problem occurring wouldn’t come up with a google research because we only see these problem occurring rarely around. So fingers crossed they’ll ignore it.

When should I be worried? After 60 days?
