Hey guys,

I did some crazy math and kinda figured out that they are working on cases from around November 19th, 2016. Based on my amateur calculations, we should be hearing back from them in August but that could totally change taking in consideration the whole transferring to different offices thing. Just thought it would be cool to share with you guys.

Guys just checked on ROC bug number. It's been updated! Now says "your case was transferred to local office" on May 1st. What do you guys think this means? No updates on n400.

This is what mine says (the previous update was in February and was the other “transfer to your local office”).

This is the same message we got when checking myUSCIS. It says our case was transferred to another uscis office. Hopefully this means ROC will be adjudicated soon.

That would be wonderful. I wish we got our ROC adjudicated. It would save us another 2 hour trip to local office and none of us would miss work! :)

We got the same message as you all did for the i-751 number. We previously received "We received your case" notifications on February 25/26 but this is the first time we've gotten a "transfer notification" as many of you have. We are also joint 400 filers, my husband did his biometrics on March 12. Our 3 year date is May 14. Hope we actually get a letter in the mail this time!

May 1, 2018

We transferred your case to another USCIS office for processing

Read the notice we mailed you for an explanation on why we transferred your case

If you do not receive your notice by May 31, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

From what I heard when you get the status saying it's been transferred to another uscis office. It actually has been transferred to a different service center this time unlike the previous Feb and March transferred to local office statuses which from what I gather was just them pulling the cases out of storage.

Thanks for confirming, we'd be very excited if that were the case. I just signed up for informed delivery, so hopefully we'll know as soon as a letter arrives. I'm guessing it would probably be for a joint interview?

I'm hoping and thinking it's for just ROC adjudication. Our n400 is here in Minnesota one of the most backed up offices for N400. There's no way that'd be be decided any time soon. Expected completion for that is January 2020.

Nearly 4 weeks, wasnt quick at all, some are, some are like mine very slow. Once they mailed it I received it within a couple of days.

Hi Shell. I have a feeling mine is going to take that long. I was approved on 4/17 and no gc in sight yet. I just did my biometrics for the n400 yesterday with the expired gc. Have you received an interview date for the n400 yet?
