Hello
I met my fiance a year ago and two months ago he tried to come to visit me in America by a B2 visa but the request was rejected
Now I'm preparing i-129F for k1 visa , Do I write these details in  k1 Visa Form in a question how was the meeting ?

Please Help

You can; but isn't entirely necessary. It is common to have B2 denials. This info has to be disclosed later on during the interview stage on the DS-160 though.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

You can keep the answer to how you met your fiancé short but precise. For example, my fiancé wrote: ''I met my fiancee whilst I was on a study abroad program in the UK. We attended the same university and spent 6 months dating before I returned to the US.''

REMEMBER that IF you met online, you will need to attach evidence that the website is not an international marriage broker.

My husband and I had the exact same situation.  I did not mention his denial when filling out the I-129F.  He did disclose it on DS-160 when he applied for his K-1 visa.  It was not an issue, and his visa was approved on the spot at the interview.

Good luck!

I have known my fiancé through Facebook two and a half years ago and we were just friends throughout this period
The engagement was a month and a half ago
Is Facebook a marriage broker?

No it isn't. Generally you need to provide evidence, or terms of service of a site if it's like a specific dating site or an unknown site. FB is known to not be a marriage broker.

But I have no evidence that we met through Facebook

You can still just state that's where you met. A lot of people who talk for a long time don't have original messages.

We only had 1-2 original emails we were able to find, no issues. They do understand people don't store everything because a lot don't even know they may need them later.

All my chat with my fiancé in WhatsApp and Skype  we don’t have any chat in facebook bc We no longer use it We just know each other by Facebook

You don't need to prove that you met on Facebook. When you write your explanation of how you met, you just explain that you met on Facebook. Then describe when and where you met in person. You have to submit evidence of meeting in person (have you met in person? If not, that needs to happen first), and if you want, and depending on the country, you can add evidence of an ongoing relationship like chatlogs.
