We are Nov 1st filers and are at 126  days. Still waiting for the NOA2. The wait is defiantly killer. :dead:

I-129F sent:  October 27th, 2017
I-129F NOA1: November 1st, 2017
I-129F NOA2: May 19th, 2018

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

We got the NOA1 on Nov 15 then we are still waiting for the NOA2 :( being in a long distance relationship is just so hard plus the fact that we don’t when to see again. 

 

By the way I’m from Japan, how about your fiancé? 

 

Do do you think the approval might depend on the country of the beneficiary? I live here in Japan and a Japanese national but I was born in the Philippines.

Our NoA1 was on Oct 2, 2017 and we're also still waiting on the NoA2. Going off of the timeline estimation this site gives we shouldn't expect anything until mid-April.

Removing Conditions

i-751 Received: 10-Nov-2020

Fee charged: 14-Dec-2020

NoA1: 14-Dec-2020

NoA1 Received: 17-Dec-2020

We just talk everyday over Line video chat and I fly out to see her atleast every 6 months. Staying for as long as 1 month. There's nothing I'd like more than for the visa process to complete so that we could be together, but until then...

The timeline for K1s has increased drastically. As @missileman showed, they are only at processing August 2017 cases. 

 

It sucks but nothing much to do but wait it out.

It took almost 9 months until I got my fiancé here. He just arrived last week. It took 6 months for NOA 2 and another two and a half months until we got to the interview. This is not an easy or short process. You have a lot of waiting to do.

Unfortunately, fiancé visas are not being processed in as little as four months right now.. not even close. You’ve got a bit of a wait ahead of you. You’ve already been shown the current processing times chart. If you would like to get a specific estimate you can create a timeline on here and it will show a date range for when you can expect your NOA2. They are currently processing August and have slowly started a little of September, so being that you filed in November you should not really be expecting your NOA2 any time in the next few weeks. Sorry about that I know it’s hard! We filed two months before you in September and are still waiting and my timeline is showing I shouldn’t expect an NOA2 for another 4 weeks.
