We filed I-129F on may 8th. No hard copy of NOA1 yet. Last and first update may 17th. It passed more than 105 days since we filed, i´am really worried, like the most of us...

No paper NOA1 yet?...that is unusual !!! Please call to check the status of NOA1...it will DEFINITELY speed up the process.

We filed I-129F on may 8th. No hard copy of NOA1 yet. Last and first update may 17th. It passed more than 105 days since we filed, i´am really worried, like the most of us...

We are in the same position as you. We filed in April, have no hard copy of the NOA1 and have had no touches yet. Our petition was received at NSC 117 days ago.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

Our Time Line... April 18, 2007 - I-129F mailed to NSC

April 24, 2007 - I-129F received at NSC

May 18, 2007 - I-129F received at CSC

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

December 19, 2007 **Alan arrives in Seattle**

WEDDING DATE Valentines day 2008

February 25, 2008 - AOS Packet sent

March 24, 2008 - BIOMETRICS

April 30, 2008 - EAD APPROVED!

October 24 - INTERVIEW!!!!!!

December 11, 2008 - Approved! Green Card being generated. YAY!

Wanted to let everybody know, I checked the USCIS website and saw that they updated the dates on the processing times...This is so annoying because it is so obvious that it is an automatic computer update. We all look for these dates with such anxiousness and then to see that it is automatic makes me feel like, cant they have something actual, true statistics...oh well the wait goes on.

Yay! I got touched this morning!! okay okay its kind of a cheater touch because I called yesterday. But still it just feels so good to finally see that date change even if I do know it's due to a phone call. So now I'll just be waiting for a real touch :clock:

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

You'll have a better of idea of who might be getting their approval next if you check the VJ timelines . The USCIS processing times are way behind of what's really going on... according to the CSC website in August 16, they were working in February cases??!!! :wacko: their info. is not really updated.

And here is K-1 Timeline for the VSC.

Byron-Leidy, if you look at this timeline you'll see that you're 10 or 12 filers away from the ones that got their approval already! You'll be getting yours soon! :star: (You are on row 22 and then you can look down for those who filed before you and got their NOA2)

In our case the VJ timeline turned out to be very accurate.
