Hey, this sounds similar to my case. I uploaded all documents Feb 21, all but one showed accepted within days. Now no movement on my case in weeks and no new messages :( I called twice; the first time someone just told me my case hadn’t been reviewed yet and that she would put a note on it (whatever that means). Yesterday I spoke to someone who said it was in administrative processing and could give me no time frame for completion. It’s quite discouraging... just trying to leave it all in God’s hands knowing it will work out when it’s supposed to. I hope that you get your case complete soon. It felt like it was just within reach, only had to wait for that 3-week countdown, and now this.

Yes I am so frustrated too. Its like so many hurdles after another. I wonder if there is even a point in me calling?😥 I had my mind set on my husband being here in April and looks like that wont be happening. But February? That is quittttte some time for no movement. I wish you here something soon as well!!!! Makes me even more nervous

what's next after nvc expedite approved ??

Your case will be sent to the US Embassy for expedite processing. Contact the US Embassy and find out.

You may check your status here: Check My Visa Application Status -> https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

This seems to be happening to a few people lately. Have you tried giving them a call?

Congratulations 🍾🥂❤️

Yes I had administrative processing after approval.

It’s fine. They have to print your visa into your passport.

When they finish that, it will go to ISSUED and you will get an email to collect your passport or advise it will be delivered.

I am finally flying out to USA on April 3rd.

I don’t think they need to ask much. They have to do the forms to issue your physical green card, and it’s based on the visa in the passport.

I will update once I’m through ❤️❤️❤️

hey hun. Port of entry was very easy. Now I am with my husband in USA. I flew from TORONTO pearson airport, on the day it was very busy and crowded. So many people waiting in secondary and i was worried that i might miss my flight. In secondary it took almost 2 hours so give yourself lots of time because they take you into secondary for processing. Their finger print machines were not working so they did not take my fingerprints and photos. But they did completete my  process. the only question they asked me at POE was have you ever been arrested and asked me to confirm the adress for mailing green card. I have been with hubby since last sunday. Thanks VJ and all the friendly people who have helped going through this entire process. IT took almost 13 months. Those who are still waiting just hang in there, you guys will get through it quickly. yeye. :) :)

Just got off the phone with NVC since I am past the 3 week mark. I got a rudddde guy who was super vague in his answers & said my case is in administrative processing & cant give a timeframe on when it will be done. So basically I just have to wait..

This process is so frustrating for them to just be collecting and reviewing documents 🤦🏾‍♀️

Had as anyone had issues with CEAC not processing documents within the 3 week timeframe? If so, how did you solve it?

My 3 week mark is this coming up Monday and I still haven’t been processed.. 😓

I will be at 4 weeks on the 5th. I called today & there is literally nothing you can do unfortunately 🤦🏾‍♀️ We just have to wait is what I am told

One of my documents shows as submitted rather than accepted too, but I got a documentarily qualified email an case complete despite that. Did you also get the CC email?

Hey, I was in the same situation with case too but I got the interview letter. I think you should be good. Call them, if they say it's case complete you are golden. CEAC - smh.

Wow that is so unfair! We should be able to talk to someone and get our case process since their page clearly says to allow “up to 3 weeks” .. I sure hope they solve this problem SOON.
