Ok thanks. Seen lots getting approved from Africa with just meeting once basically a week or two.

Ghana is classified/listed under HIGH FRAUD country so the COs tend to scrutinize at the interview.

Hi! My fiance and I are waiting for NOA2. seen lots of discussions on the k1 in Ghana and it's quiet worrying. We met physically in September 2016 and spent 10 weeks together and we hope that should be enough. People are saying at least you have to meet more than once to convince the CO. Has anyone ever experienced This?

Is the last time you spent time with your fiancé in person 2016? If so, you most definitely need to make another time. I could see the CO questioning why you haven’t seen your fiancé in 2 years. This embassy is incredibly difficult and one of the best way to overcome it is time spent together. For what it’s worth, I made 5 trips in 2 years in an attempt to get my husband here.

We filed the I-129f with all supporting documents that is:

Letter of Intent to marry

Proof of ongoing relationship (both chat and call history)

Receipt of engagement ring

Pictures of time spent together during my two weeks visit

Pictures of his family and friends

Pictures of places we visited together

Pictures of gifts for him and his family

Receipts of historic places we visited

Receipts of every item we bought during my visit (food, shopping, hotel, road toll tickects)

Copy of my return ticket

Copy of my passport showing stamps.

What other elements do we need with regards to front-loading our case with enough / substantial evidence?

Thank you.

i send my wife letters/packages by snail mail during the time between noa-1 and noa-2. if you also provide your fiance with some spending money....do print the western union or transferwise or whatever you used....the more evidence, the marrier ;-)

Wow that's amazing and sometimes it's better seeing your fiance over an over before interview. Ghana is considered a high fraud country and I hope something positive happens. We have a bona fide relationship and I hope something comes up soon. We planning another trip possibly but am NOA2 appears to be in September. My fiance haven't worked about 8months in 2017 and that's one reason why we couldn't meet up again.
