Friends I need assistance,I pay my AOS on Wednesday and on Friday they remove the money in my account,when I login the AOS still says in process can I pay my IV fee now or until AOS says paid before I can pay IV fee?

I think they further sort it by priority dates . And calling regularly at NVC certainly helps ( used to 2 times a day at least ) . All the best . Hoping that you will hear something soon

They are so slow and dont consider that all this waiting actually can cause problems for people. I have a child thats waiting back home for me and i travelled her so me and my husband can travel back togather. But its taking for ever.

I also juat called but got the response that it can be scheduled soon anytime... is ur patetioner a US citizen or PR?

POE was today through Chicago. I was lucky enough to be traveling with my husband, immigration officer was very nice and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Hoping to receive Green Card in the next few weeks.

good luck to everyone else waiting for this journey to end!

Hello! No nothing yet :( ive been calling everyday and nothing.

 

I think end of march they will schedule from jan 16 to jan 31 or maybe beg of february. They suck so bad. They are terrible !!! They know U.S embassy in mexico is so packed I dont know why other embassies there wont do CR1 interviews.
