Possibly late this year, but yes.  Understand that USCIS does not issue visas.  They adjudicate petitions, then the Dept. of State deals with the visa application, approval and visa issue.

Uscis has a ton of great statistics and graphs. 

 

Look at travel.state.gov  (works much better if on a desktop, not a phone)
