Okay, thank you. I mean we thought so too but we just had to make sure that we are sending back the right answer since it's the only thing required from the RFE. So basically i'll just add the consulate address here in the UAE.

I'm guessing you didn't write a consulate in the application.

so you will just write closest consulate that does k1 to wherever your fiancé lives.

1 week to 60 days after they receive it. (Usually the average is 30 days or less

CSC received my RFE materials that my lawyer sent back to them on January 27th and I’m still waiting for a response. They asked for more proof that we met in person before we applied. I had to send back hotel receipts, airline receipts and a affidavit from a friend that he was with me when I meet my fiancé in person while in the Philippines 🇵🇭. I didn’t have any pictures the first lime we met. Since then I have returned to the Philippines 🇵🇭 3 more times In the past year to spend time with my fiancé .  I’m very worried that I might get denied over not having pictures of us together the first time we met 😢 I didn’t know I would fall in love 😍 and even think about getting married at the time. I knew nothing about the immigration process 😢 I’m in the Philippines 🇵🇭 now and will return home to the USA 🇺🇸 in a few days to check my mail. My case status hasn’t changed online yet 😢  I check it daily.

my fiance went through his copy and he didn't fill that part up or he skipped it and forgot to fill it up again.

Well there you go, put in the consulate where you want to be interviewed, it has to be in a country you are legally living or able to live. Most people do it in the country they live in now but some who are living overseas from the country of birth prefer to go home for it.
