So on the Case Tracker app got notice today that:

On February 15, 2019, we mailed your new card for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC18104XXXXX, to the address you gave us.  If you do not receive your new card by March 2, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you.  If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I checked on the egov.uscis.gov website to confirm and that confirms it as well with the same information.  I also went to my.uscis.gov where we have an account, but that one hasn't been updated since we initially sent our case in Feb 2018.  I've been following several numbers before and after ours via the app and every number before us has had updates by now, and everyone after us is still waiting on updates.  So they must separate the numbers into sub categories somehow to follow up on it chronologically based on case type.

We are going out of the country in 3 weeks so this is amazing news and timing for us and we are super excited.  I expect the card will come in next week.  Filed at CSC if it helps.

One other thing, I got a notice from the Case Tracker app that there was a system wide maintenance last night on Valentine's Day between 9pm and midnight so tracking wasn't available at that time, maybe they are righting the wrongs in the system right now.

Hello all, I've been inactive here but following the email updates from this thread.

@starsky Sorry, please update my details!

I received my 18month extension on 08/11/18 and had no updates on the website or app until today (other than filing in February 2018). It always said "no information at this time."

Today, at 6:30pm, I received a text saying my case had been updated and to check the website. I did. The website said my card was being mailed today! The app didn't update until 6:45. Good luck to everyone! :)

Congratulations to everyone who received their ROC approvals!!!

I also have some updates on my case that I'd like to share with you all.

Application was sent on 2/12/18, and arrived at CSC on 2/14/18.

2/11/19: Text & Email messages notifying - New Card Is Being Produced

2/14/19: Text & Email messages notifying - Card Was Mailed To Me

2/15/19: Approval Letter in mail date 2/11/19 &

                 Text & Email messages notifying - Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

Additional information:

There is no update on the new website, only the old one (for my case).

I first received text on my phone while I was outside. I had no access to my email, so I checked to see what an update on my case from the case tracker app. I saw the status was changed from "Case Status" to be "New Card Is Being Produced". When I reached home I checked on the new website and I found no update. I then checked my email and found the same status as on the case tracker app. I then tried to login on the old website and finally I found the update there.

USPS Informed Delivery works well. This morning I got notified that I have a letter from USCIS to be delivered today. At first I thought it's the green card and was a bit surprised that it was so fast since I just got the notification yesterday from USCIS about sending my new card. But in the afternoon, they uploaded the new information about incoming package that I can expect. I checked and it's from USCIS Corbin Production Facility with tracking number. So I knew that the letter that coming today is just "Approval Letter" not the green card yet. Then in the evening I got text and email from USCIS again saying "Card Was Picked Up By The USPS".

When I filed my AOS (feels like eons ago) I never got any mail or text I happened to check my account one day and It said "card has been mailed" it arrived the next day. Sometimes these updates work, sometimes they don't.

Well, my wife got a letter yesterday, but it was the biometrics appointment for her N400. We will see how this impacts progress. At this point we'd gladly just take the naturalization, but I don't know how the machine works.

Got an email yesterday that action had been taken on my case when I signed in to see my account said "new Card being produced". Before this update i never received any changes to my stuff just the "we received your case". Im a CSC filer. I started my N-400 application online on Wednesday and on Thursday I got approved i don't know if that triggered it but I like to think it did lol

Hey guys,

So I woke up this morning and got another notification, same notification that i received on February 13th but this one is dated February 14th saying:

Your case has been transferred to another USCIS office and that office now has jurisdiction over your case.

Is it possible that is was transferred again? I checked my account and the date was changed to Feb.14th.

Sometimes the system just likes to send out duplicate messages. I received two messages about them accepting my fingerprints on two different days.

A HUGE congrats to everyone who has received their approvals! Hopefully we'll see some people from Vermont soon :)

I just noticed something (don't know why I haven't noticed it before)... When we did K1 we could see on the first 3 letters what service center someone "belonged" to but now it seems we all have WAC? How come?  :P Makes it slightly more, not really frustrating (annoying maybe?) to see case numbers relatively close to mine get approvals :P Not really stressing it though. So nice to not be apart during this process. Though I am waiting to get my new Green Card so I can apply for citizenship and in the meantime, my husband gets asked if he wants to move out of the country for job opportunities :P

WAC is anyone at CSC, EAC is VSC.

I believe they have all been combined into the main ones. SRC, EAC, WAC

– EAC – Vermont Service Center;
VSC – Vermont Service Center;
– WAC – California Service Center;
CSC – California Service Center;
– LIN – Nebraska Service Center;
NSC – Nebraska Service Center;
– SRC – Texas Service Center;
TSC – Texas Service Center;
– MSC – National Benefits Center;
NBC – National Benefits Center;
– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.

LOL I was convinced that my case number started with WAC. Wishful thinking maybe  😆 Thanks! Silly me...

Got our approval letter in the mail today, got the online approval notice yesterday.  Letter says not to travel outside the country without the card and the card can take up to 60 days to receive.  Our trip is in less than 3 weeks.  The letter says to get a passport stamp if we have to go out of country before getting the new card.  What's the average wait time from notice to getting the card in hand?  Should we get an infopass appt if we don't get the card like a week before our trip?

Also I have USPS mail notice which shows the pics of what is coming in the mail today, the letter was not in the email the post office sent out today.  They've been slipping on that lately too.

You can check on USCIS website (the old one for my case). When you have this notification, then they tell you the tracking number. If you can't rely on the USPS. But for my case, I get the update with the tracking number from USPS informed delivery couple of hours before I got this update from USCIS.

Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

We mailed your card to the address you gave us. The tracking number assigned is XXXXX. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section.
