So apparently according to USCIS the current wait time from k1 approval to Nvc receiving the approval is 90 days! so in theory everyone’s noa2 will be expired by the time it is received :-(

I just simply dont understand the reason.

They approved the cases... why not just freaking send them?!

USCIS does not approve K-1s. Only the DOS can approve a visa. USCIS will adjudicate the I-129Fs.

90 days... can't be. I have not seen anyone take that long. The current average is 49 days, check the spreadsheet that's somewhere here on VJ and add yourself on there.

I’m just going off what USCIS officer told us over the phone . I’m already added to the spreadsheet

Our N02 from USCIS is November 9th. It is not K1, still they told us it takes 8 weeks. Now, 8 weeks are almost over and they say, USCIS has not send it yet.

It seems there is a big delay from USCIS in sending. Maybe they don`t have enough staff to finish the internal procedure of sending it off?

Who told you they have not sent it yet ? As we have tried to find out the date ours was actually mailed to Nvc but they keep telling us it takes up to 90 days for them to mail anything out of the USCIS offices
