Congrats on all of you with interviews at your fantastically fast offices. I unfortunately am at the slowest office in the USA. I am now gonna take a break from VJ because I won't be hearing for a long time and seeing all the fantastic news is disheartening. Don't get me wrong I am absolutely happy for you all.

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. I have been that way for the last couple of weeks and then today, out of the blue I got my interview date. My AP and EAD show an adjudication date of June 16th so I had no hope of anything happening until then. I hope you hear something soon

I received the same notification. I called and spoke with a tier two officer. She said it’s a system update error that happens. She couldn’t explain why but did say say there was nothing to be concerned about and as of when she checked there was no errors with our application.

Did she tell until when is the update? Or if you received error there could be possibility of changing our status?

I know that it happened sunday night. before that it was only listed as received.   She didn't say there would be an update as to the status. I was hoping that would be the case but she didn't confirm it.

Hi Julia80, my status just updated the same as your, it is showing now "employment base interview was scheduled" while I am K1 AOS. I am abit confusing too

I've been chatting to another lady who has the same, so that's three of us. I think it is just a computer error as the letter clearly states it's a family based petition. I think we will be ok. My hubby said we shouldn't call as they might cancel the appointment thinking that an error has occurred, we are just going to go by the letter.

Exactly, I'd be lost without this forum! Good luck with your preparations. I spent all day yesterday getting paperwork ready. I want to make sure this goes as smoothly as possible!

Same here! I am adjusting from f1 visa based on marriage. 

 

But my online status shows as " employment base interview" im confused but it must be a glitch in the system or smth since we all got the same
