carvalho, did you scan/upload extension letters? Or only the green card? Thank you!

I have great respect for your modelling skills (hit me up if you ever want to apply your skills for social good!) but going by the increased pace of approvals reported by those in the Sept-Nov 2017 application slots, you're likely overestimating time-to-completion by at least 3 months.

I am wondering the same thing. I was actually logging in this morning to ask the same thing.

When it asks for front and back of green card did you also, or should you, upload the extension letter as well? We all know USCIS does not rationally think things through. So I could totally see them going "oh, the green card they uploaded expired last year....denied".

I have a couple questions.. 

 

Why are some people obsessed with cover letters??? I have never used them and clearly remember seeing a Vise Consul at the US Embassy literally grab cover letters and throw them in the garbage and just keep the rest of the paperwork. 

 

What app are people using to track up to 100 cases at a time to see how many approvals etc are happening around your number?

I agree with you CG&LG. Too bad we didn’t hear from no one yet. I’m gonna go ahead and upload the letters. It’s better safe than sorry. When are you planning to submit your n400 application? I’m hoping I can submit it before the year ends 😬

We will be submitting ours in February after we file 2018 taxes. Our very first tax return (2015) we got the earned income tax credit because they based a household of 2 on my income only (Because Luis moved here in October 2015 and work auth wasn't approved yet so of course he couldn't work), and because of that "public charge" change they're talking about said earned income. So we want to wait until we file 2018 taxes so we send the newest 3 and none have earned income on them. I think we will upload the extension letter as well, just to be safe.

Colombian here too...applied for I751 on April..got extension letter..and hoping to apply for N400 next april.

Hey all! My green card expires April 4th which means I have to send the package before January 4th, right?

Will I be fine if I send out my package on January 2nd?? And is the stamp from the post office the date that matters or when they receive it?

 

I already feel so stressed out about this...I did not miss this feeling at all :(
