Interesting how many (not talking about you specifically) turn every thread regardless of topic into an anti-Trump thread...  Regardless, the Hillary comparison is valid as this thread is discussing polling results which only invites comparisons of actual criminals.

If only it was just the access hollywood tape...then you would have a point. Both of their histories are based on allegations so you can't pretend that one story is "truth", and ignore the other.

I'm assuming you are referring to polls in the summer that showed that a majority disagreed with the FBI's decision regarding the probe? I'm fairly certain the poll question wasn't "Do you want Hillary to be in jail". While I don't know the exact wording, I'm guessing it was more like "Do you agree with the decision to not recommend charges?". They could have recommended charges, and she still likely wouldn't have been "locked up".

Well this thread didn't "turn into" an Anti-Trump thread...I think it is pretty clear it was created as an anti-Trump thread. The topic of the thread is very clearly about investigating Trump for sexual abuse. 

 

You also can't claim she is an "actual criminal" any more than we can claim that Trump is an "actual rapist or sexual assaulter". The poll was showing that Americans want him INVESTIGATED, not necessarily convicted of a crime. We already had an investigation of Hillary and whether you agree with it or not, there were no charges.

Yes, and as of right now there is no proof that his personal political opinions inhibited his ability to conduct that investigation.

 

You can't force people to not have opinions. I'm sure he has plenty of them, just like we all do (just like SC justices do as well). The key is that people in certain offices/positions need to be able to separate their opinions with their job. I'm happy to have an investigation into whether or not he was able to do that in the Clinton investigation but until that time, or until that investigation gets reopened in some way, Clinton is not a criminal.

You may be right, but apparently whatever he did was worthy of a pretty big demotion.  Maybe we can get him to do the investigation of Trump per the OP?

When Mueller found out he was being investigated (not "what he did", but just that he was being investigated), he decided to remove him from the case because his integrity is in question. He isn't guilty, it is just in question. 

 

If anything this just compliments Mueller's ability to be as impartial as he can. Strzok is very high up in the FBI and at this point he has not been proven to have done anything wrong. He could have stayed on. But Mueller opted to move him for the sake of the investigation remaining as impartial as possible. 

 

Kuddos to Mueller IMO.
