Hello Friends,

I am at the stage of proof checking all forms for the last time and finally sealing the envelope and sending it to the Chicago lockbox for my AOS process initiation. The main forms that I have filled include I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-1145 and G-325.  Are these supporting documents enough or do I need to add some more? G325A is obsolete, won't hurt for you to attach it though.

In my opinion, the additional supporting documents mentioned above will be good to include.

G-325 is not needed with the new form but doesn't hurt to include it.

You can add those under Bona fide marriage and shared residence proof.

Also just a heads up, I included a separate cover page each for I-765 and I-131. Letting you know since this is my list I posted a little ago :D .

The I-131 supplement part 7 looks like below and I am attaching the document I found on this website somewhere as well. I did not have concrete plans at the time so I left part 3 blank and wrote 'I am planning to visit family and friends' under description of travel for the part 7 supplement.

So, everyone is sending in separate supporting documents for each form (485/765/131)? Its not like one packet where you can use the same document for each form?

Correct each application form requires there own set of documents you may see they request for same evidence more then once. But its for each form reason being when it gets to the uscis some forms go there different ways they not proceed all in same place. (They do not use just one to account for each form)

Yes, the applications should all be able to stand alone

YMMV

Sorry I had to convert them to .doc from .docx because visajourney does not accept them otherwise.

I-765_cover_letter.doc

I-131_cover_letter.doc

I-485_cover_letter.doc

Y'all! I've got a question cuz I'm so confused!

My husband and I have been working on his Adjustment of Status and I'm feeling confident about all of our supporting documents except for his medical.

Does he need to have another medical exam here in the states? Do we need to supply vaccination proof?

I was under the impression we needed to do an I-693, but we could wait until we had his interview scheduled so the documents would be in date.

I didn't think we would send his medical that was opened at the border because it's now no longer sealed.

I'm just so confused!! help!!!
