hello,

it’s Zakia I’m not a US citizen but I’m a us permanent resident 

the question is can I invite my brother just for visit? 

I have none of my family here I’m very sick 

without family I wish could invite my brother just for a few months

An invite will not help your brother obtain a B-2 tourist visa, and may actually hinder him.

 

Assuming he isn't from a VWP country then he must apply for a B-2 visa himself and be approved or denied on his own merits. You will play no part in the process.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

That is not how visitor visas work. An invitation does not help. Your brother will have to obtain the visitor visa on his by showing strong ties to his country.

 

Is to possible for you to travel to go see him?

You can invite him now, my Brother normally visits every year and has done so since I moved to the US.

As has been answered above

You cannot apply for him

You can 'invite' him .... call him, email him, whatsapp him, skype him, however you usually talk to him ..."hey bro, wanna come visit me?"

Then he has to apply for a B2 visa to visit you

If he does not have strong ties to home he may be denied such a visa, however, but there is nothing you can do to affect his chances of getting a visa.
