Yeah I worried about the same thing, sent our response over 30 days ago and still no reply and the package was delivered. You should call them after the 60 days have gone by and ask to check your case, we called a week ago and talked to a supervisor and she could tell us the case looked fine and no notes or red flags on it after receiving the requested RFE documents.

Since no tier 2 officer called me back, yesterday I put in another SR over the phone. This is now getting annoying. Its more than 3 weeks to the initial service request. 

 

EAD process needs to be streamlined with better customer care from USCIS.

I was searching on other Forums within this website to see if anyone else is close to my timeline who got approved or waiting...and I do not see any NBC F2A filers except for a few ones in this forum. What the heck?!! All Forums are either CSC or NVC...If there is a shortage of F2As in NBC why the heck cant they just approve us already!! So crazy!!

I just got an online notification about my interview schedule. It's gonna be 2/14 ! but i might move the date to spring break because i'm gonna be in clinical rotation for school, and I can't miss it. I never got my EAD/AP card since I got approval mail, but got interview scheduled! That's so weird. 

 

Received date: 10/10/2017

NOA1: 10/16/2017

biometrics: 11/6/2017

EAD/AP approval: 12/7/2017

Interview schedule notice online: 1/11/2018

(scheduled for 2/14/2018 --> planning to move)

I am kinda on the same boat. I am on F1 visa, but F2B category. USCIS received my application 10/03/17, I got fingerprinted in early November, but haven't heard back since then. They definitely seem to be giving priority to some visa categories...which is fine/fair, but I would be nice if they communicated about it :(

05/24/2017 Entered the US on a J1 visa

10/10/2017 We got married!

10/27/2017 AOS Package sent via USPS - Chicago Lockbox

10/30/2017 Package delivered 

10/31/2017 Priority Date

11/07/2017 Received email and text notifications about all 4 forms

11/14/2017 Received hard copies of all 4 NOAs

11/21/2017 Received biometrics appointment notice scheduled for 11/29

12/15/2017 Interview notice - interview is scheduled for January 19th! Holy #$%^ that's less than 3 months from PD!

01/02/2018 EAD + AP approved

01/16/2018 Combo card delivered

01/19/2018 Interview - recommended for approval

01/22/2018 New card is being produced :dance:

I thought this forum is for AOS filers in the month of oct. Visa Categories should not matter unless the forum's title changes
