This has been brought up in both this thread and in other areas of the forum.  The consensus seems to be to mark "Intend" and then in Section 7 for additional information put "N/A (K-1 Visa Applicant)".

I don't think it really matters either way, as it is N/A anyway.  People have marked it both ways, and there doesn't appear to be any issues.

As always YMMV.

you sure we don't need to provide details of support?

Thanks for respond

The previous poster is right. You can put intend and "N/A K-1 visa applicant."  I put that as suggested and had no issues. The question is generally not applicable to K-1 Applicants.

You have to provide all the other details requested of the form and instructions.  You do not have to provide the contribution detail being requested in Question 38 because it is N/A.

If you find that marking "intend" to be troublesome, then simply mark the "do not intend" and still put that the question is N/A in Section 7.  Again, it doesn't really matter which way.  I am only provided you with the advice given by others on this question.

Finally done.

@Alice L, I agree with both @Yu&M and @Talako, put Intend and put "N/A K-1 visa applicant" in Section 7.  As you will probably find out a lot of the Embassy don't even ask for it during the Interview, but you do need to fill it out and have it and all the documents ready.

Wow. Alright. Thank you so much! I was about to reply to your first comment. Good to see this one lol I'll try to do that :) good luck to your journey as well!

Hi Sally. Our fellow VJ’ers have corrected me regarding this. My original post about rescheduling once is right or you’ll end up paying the interview fee again. 😟 I guess that link doesn't apply in Manila.

Thank you! Wishing we all have a smooth journey! 😊

The point is you can't.  HK maybe before Interview with the letter from NVC, but Singapore you need a letter from the Embassy, so you can not get it before.

This is so interesting to me.  Like I said yesterday, I was surprised you didn't have this already, so I learned something new and unique.  HK is really a strange place to me - so it fugures they would have some obscure rules.  Frankly, I read the instructions you posted and some things don't particularly make sense to me as to what they are wanting.  Y'all have my sympathy - but it sounds like you have it all sorted out.  And $27usd isn't too much of an expense.....

What is the timeline for those PC's?  Are you looking at weeks? or Months?

If all goes well about 10 days to 2 weeks.  We have found out that we could have gotten the HK PC when we had the letter from NVC, but the Singapore one had to wait for the letter from the Embassy.  We still have time in what we had planned, so it should all work out if they come as expected.

We submitted a revised NBI clearance, and it has been almost two weeks.  Our status just changed to AP today, so hopefully the visa will be issued soon.  Just wanted to say to expect a couple of weeks after they receive the clearance for them to complete and issue the visa. Sucks, but the way it is.

Good luck, and don't let the stress get you.

Finally done.

You are complicating your situation. If your cosponsor meets the income threshold for you and your fiancee/dependents, you do not need to over report your assets. Focus on getting proof about why you haven't worked (doctors note... etc) and fill in the i134 just as an unemployed person.

so my cosponsor needs to make enough for myself, my fiance (he has no dependents) i have a son but didnt claim him on taxes but i mentioned my son in the i29f packet so im confused if i should put him on my i134. so is my cosponsor house hold size include themself,me,my fiance, her own child and possibly mine?

I'm just curious: other consulates have the same order as in Russia, or some other way:..
when I was at the interview, I should first provide all the documents to the officer-assistant, who took out the previously prepared and signed folder, carefully checked the documents, marked it in the attached list and put it in this folder.
All folders were of different colors, according to the types of visas
There were a lot of yellow, apparently, for visas on family reunion
Folders for   K-1 visa were bright pink ) )
judging by Russian forums, this rule is constant

What do i do after nvc number ?

truck  the status on CEAC site , under the IMMIGRANT ... when the embassy will get your case ( status READY),  you will get an email, what you need then... different countries have some difference after NVC point.

you can fill DS-160 form now and save it on your computer. ... prepare all police certificates you need ( from all countries you lived more than one year after u 16 y.o., with all names you used.

Good luck !:jest:
