confussion about f form I130 part 4

Is there any one know how to fill I130 section part 4. Information about Beneficiary (If the beneficiary native written language foes not use roman letters, type or print his or her name and foreign address in their native written language.)

i am from Pakistan and my native written language is Urdu so should i fill this section with my native language or with English.

Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? The form is intended for the petitioner to complete. And this section is about the beneficiary. You don't write anything in English there - you only complete that part if the beneficiary's native language does not have a Roman alphabet (e.g Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Greek, etc, etc).

well i am the beneficiary and me and my wife lives together here in Dubai and me as a beneficiary my native language is Urdu so do we need to leave that section blank ?

As explained in the application....fill in the information using the beneficiary's native written language.  Not in English.

fill it out in Urdu

but she she can not write in Urdu

You can fill in that section for her. If the computer doesn't have the right set-up to be able to enter and write text in Urdu then when she is done with everything else, print out the form and fill that in by hand.

 

You could also try typing it up on a computer that can handle Urdu and then email it to her, or transfer it some other way.

That is not applicable to you. Just fill it in English.

It really doesn't matter whose fingers are on the keyboard or holding the pen.  You just have to keep straight whose information goes where.  The issue is not language, but alphabet.

 

Since the Urdu language uses the Perso-Arabic alphabet, that section should contain the beneficiary's information in Perso-Arabic.
