Hello, I have a quick question regarding the I-129F package.
We assembled everything but for example the Letter of Intent, I-129F and cover letter have different dates on them (Sep 10, Sep12 and Sep 13 respectively), does it matter how much we wait before sending out the package? is there a time limit to when it was assembled and when it is mailed?
we want to send it this week (Sep 21), is that okay?
Thanks.

If you have all evidence that is required done in packet then you can send it, but bare in mind if you forgot 1 thing at all it could cause a RFE.

As long as you have double checked that your package is complete then you can mail it.... it really doesnt matter if the pages have different dates on them as long as you sign each one of them in ink, thats all that matters... Good luck!

Hey @Saif Abu-Shakra! The differing dates are fine :) It's still within the same month so it's still pretty current. For your own peace of mind, use a trackable shipping service along with signature required. All the best.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Form G-1145 the sooner you send it the less the wait. Keep in mind approvals at this point are 5 months out .
