September 29, Texas and still waiting. Had an expedite approved back on 2/15 and still nothing. Last service request I did said they needed to perform additional review and should receive a response in 60 days. We are halfway through the 30 days so hoping to hear something soon!

yes 3 times in one day the gave me a referral # because they sent a request on an update on my case since it has been with an officer being reviewed since Jan 30

I just got good news after calling customer service .My petition was approved and should get letter in mail in few days.

Level one customer service rep was not helpful but after pressing her she transfer me to level 2 rep.

Hi guys! So I got a call from uscis yesterday and they told me my case is within the next processing time blah blah......today at 5am I get a text they took action in my case....Guess who got approved yesterday! ☺😊😊❤❤❤ NOA1 September 8th NOA2 April 17 😊😊😊😊

I have already checked a couple times and it says it is in process.
