If your I-751 was already approved then you do not need to bring your husband. They probably won't even let him in. You only need to bring the proof of documentation that is listed on your interview notice:

Had my interview today - fairly quick process, was given a paper saying I passed the tests and was recommended for approval before I left. Got home and checked online and I've already been scheduled for my oath (June 18). Almost there!

POSTPONING/ MISSING FIRST OATH CEREMONY

My oath ceremony was scheduled for February 15th, I wrote them a letter [actually had it hand delivered to location of oath ceremony @ Javitz] which stated I was out of the country for a family emergency until April 1st, and was available for a ceremony anytime after April 15th [quarantine].

I wrote a follow up letter at the end of April when I hadn't heard from them, and got an appointment letter shortly after [for May 20th].

Took the oath ceremony, they didn't ask any questions about my travels [just confirmed it wasn't in last 10 days].

My research said, as long as you told them before your appointment in writing, wasn't end of world to postpone 1 time. But was stressful, and don't recommend unless it's a real emergency.

Can anyone  please help I had my N400 then 751  interviews on 5/5/21

Today I got an update on  I 751 that it has been transferred again

should I be receiving a decision not a transfer?

Were you able to figure this out? I would assume this has to do with automatic notification updates and should get resolved on its own. But that's just an assumption. Curious to see how this turns out.

06/25/2020 --- We received your form N-400 and mailed you Notice

2/11/2021--- Bio-metrics re-use letter

4/05/2021-- Interview scheduled for 5/20/2021

05/20/2021 -- N-400 got Approved

05/20 /2021 -- Oath Ceremony letter posted for 06/03/2021

My Interview went really smooth. I was in and out in 45 min. I filed my N-400 based on 3 year rule with married spouse and my i-751 was approved last year April

My Appointment was at 9.30AM and i was at the USCIS office at 9.25AM and went straight up after going through the security (took less than 5 min), they checked me in (took another 5 min) and i got called by officer immediately

She started asking questions on my application and made couple of changes that i asked for (Change of address and a travel). She asked Civics questions, i answered 6 and then reading and writing. After that she asked me additional documents for marriage proof, however i didn't bring anything from previous years since i already sent them along with applications. I only brought documents from late 2020 and 2021 (documents after i submitted my N-400 like new lease, new utility bills, taxes etc.) but luckily had taxes for all 5 years and lease document for all 5 years, which she took but also i pointed out that i already submitted documents from 2017, 2018 and 2019 and they should be in the file already. She quickly glanced at them in the file she confirmed that she has all of them.

After that she went through final questions on the application and told me "Congratulations, you are approved". I asked her if i can do Oath ceremony on the same day and she said it's not available but she will recommend my Oath ceremony to be done as soon as possible

I was out of the building by 10.15 and was home by 10.30 (I live close by). I logged into my account and there is Oath letter already scheduled for 06/03 (2 more weeks and I'm done) and I already scheduled an appointment with USPS to apply for my passport for the following week

I highly recommend you take already submitted documents as well. Say, you don't need utility bills for every month but 1 from each year is enough

Good luck everyone and thanks for all your posts here and really helped me in the process

Hi all,

This morning I received an email regarding my biometrics appointment being scheduled for 6/18.

I am a Brooklyn filer and applied on October 9th, 2020.

It might be a coincidence but earlier this week I called the USCIS to ask them where my case was at. The person on the phone couldn't give me any new info but I think my phone call reminded them that I exist!

Had my interview today at LI office. Filed July 2020. Was approved and status says Oath will be scheduled. I hope it's not until Mid - July as I am traveling international next month.

It was a quick interview. Applied based on 3-year rule and no questions or documents were asked regarding marriage.

Good luck!
