  1. Yes, you can. I had my oath last month and I came back from the international trip a few hours before the oath. I was asked for proof of vaccination. Before my trip I had called up USCIS and confirmed this thing with a Tier 2 officer. Good Luck!
  2. Received the passport today. Just under 3 weeks from submitting the application at USPS to receiving the passport. I was expecting it to take 6 - 7 weeks.
  3. Yeah I was surprised to see the update this quick. 6/25 I submitted the application to USPS 6/29 Checked cashed and status updated to In process. It went to Philadelphia.
  4. Got an email update last night that passport got approved and I should expect to receive it by 7/16. Applied 6/25
  5. Shouldn't be an issue. I came back from international trip a few hours before my oath. Landed at 3 am and oath at 11 am. Other than continuous residence rule the only other thing you need to consider is obviously covid. To be able to attend the oath you would need to be fully vaccinated if you have arrive within the last 10 days before your oath.
  6. Applied for the passport with expedited service in NY on June 25. Received a status update email that it is in process on June 29 and check cashed on 29th as well. Online status still says unavailable.
  7. Congrats! I was able to see the interview notice in my account under documents the same day itself. Usually it's there within 24 hours. I received the hard copy in mail in about 3-4 business days.
  8. Got it. Not sure if it has to d just with Oath. They had changed the visitor policy and I confirmed that with a Tier 2 officer before I rescheduled my trip to come back the night before. Congrats on getting closer to the finish line!
  9. Had my Oath yesterday at Long Island office. I had traveled internationally and came back the night before the oath. No issue about 10 day quarantine as I was fully vaccinated. They did ask for proof of vaccination. I was about to reschedule when I first received the oath notice as I wasn't sure about the 10 day quarantine issue. I am glad that I didn't reschedule it. Good luck everyone!
  10. Had my Oath earlier today at LI office. I had traveled internationally and came back late last night. I was able to attend the oath as I was fully vaccinated. Good luck everyone!
  11. Thank you! Interestingly, it still does not reflect this: "Those who have returned from domestic air, international air or cruise ship travel in the past 10 days may enter USCIS facilities if they are fully vaccinated" Saw this update here https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-eases-visitor-restrictions-for-fully-vaccinated-individuals I have my oath coming the day after I come back from international trip. When I called in they said I don't need to reschedule and should go to oath. I guess I will find out on the day of the oath!
  12. Congratulations!!! Almost there! Curious about what the oath notice says regarding international travel. Does it reflect the updated guidelines about vaccinated individuals? Thanks!
  13. Thanks! The latest update also states about international travel. "Those who have returned from domestic air, international air or cruise ship travel in the past 10 days may enter USCIS facilities if they are fully vaccinated"
  14. I noticed that too in my application and realized that when you fill the form online it skips this question because of DOB/age. I got approved on Monday and this never came up.
