2 or 3 weeks is a good wait... Please chose love above everything else.. You have invested so much waiting for the previous months, not a good time to give up now. But then again, I have been in your shoes..Il start calling out my angels to guide the adjudicstor's hands in approving your case..i look forward to your case as well as john and rose's case approved.. And faisal's too...

Then barbeque days ahead...positive thoughts attract positive results. Hang on!! 💝 💝 💝

I'm hanging on as much as I can, but she will not talk, text, or have any contact with me, so its out of my hands.

Trying to stay positive though, but to add insult to injury I was just talking to a friend from china and his friend had a American Fiancee that applied in late August and she is already here in the U.S. ** ( This is not a knock against August or any filers)**

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

Please Don't!!

I get how you feel... this process is not fair...many of us are felling that way as well... Remember why you started,... If your relationship can survive that, It'll survive anything and everything!

I got my Immigrant Visa Case Number just now, but the guy said they were still doing security checks but should be ready by the end of the day. I tried checking it at https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx but when I hit submit nothing is happening on the web page?

Don't do it.

if you have any other idea to follow that won't cause you another wait. Don't do it.

by the time your withdraw reaches them you might be approved. Just leave it then either it gets approved or not, leave it.

if you are at the level of misery, f that too.

You suffered this far to quit without gain? Withdrawal won't give you back your time nor money.

so unless you broke up with your fiancée, it is useless.

start gathering all those police certificates that will keep you busy..

yes i already donewith more than half of my documents..

If it won't affect you to have a petition open, I would just leave it the way it is. You can just cancel it anytime later after seeing that ridiculous approval..

God's plan is always the best. Sometimes the process is painful and hard. But don't forget that when God is silent, He's doing something for us. STAY POSITIVE

no

Beneficiary can call NVC.

uscis is the one one petitioner can get info because petition belongs to them.

visa does not belong to the petitioner at that stage.
