So I finally have all the money together for the application fee. It's been a hectic couple of months after my last visit to Philippines. I brought back my fiance's g-325a and her letter of intent in early May. She filled out both on April 28th. Is it still usable? Or does she need to send an updated copy? It's a hassle for her to send a document from there on her salary so we want to be sure first.

Are you using the latest form? Because the G-325A is no longer needed as it had been included in the new I-129F.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

YES! You are using the old I-129F. New I-129F expires 8/31/2018. Download from USCIS and re-fill it.

Does she need to send anything?

What do you mean anything?

I-129F submission requires the completed updated form, required documentation as well as other supporting documentation.

USCIS revised the fees across the board back in 12/23/2016. So yes, you'll need to pay $535 or they'll reject your petition.

You sign it you are the one applying for her.

also remember there will be a medical fee and a fee for the visa for $265.

also just so you know the AOS fee after she gets here is at $1225 now I just want to make sure you save up for this as it is very important.

The I-129F is signed by you, the US citizen petitioner. Not your Filipina fiancee.

Refer to the K-1 guide to find out the types of documents needed to be attached to your petition: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Here's the flowchart: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

You'll need to do a thorough research and understand the process before submitting a petition. Incomplete petition won't help at all.

Even if you want to get a new letter of intent from her with a later date she can just scan it and email it to you, doesn't have to be wet signature. Same goes for the g-325a which like someone else stated above isn't even needed with the latest i-129f form. Never ever use outdated forms or forms you're not sure about, always use the form you find on USCIS website the day of filing the petition.
