Not necessarily!!

I’ve never been out of my own country yet I was given ds-5535.

Only they know what kind of purpose it is!!

Is there a certain quota for every month for all types of visa?

Anyone waiting to hear back since the us embassy of Islamabad requested a second medical?

Have no idea if there's any monthly quota.

Recently, Casablanca cleared few CR1 within only 1 month and 3 months. I hope this is a good sign we will receive good news soon.

Case updated (still AP) after I inquired, requesting for my husband’s passport back. This is the only update we’ve had since November 2018. I got the automatic generic response to my email. I guess I have to send an actual letter in the mail requesting for the passport since they didn’t read my inquiry.
