It's at the very bottom of your time line.  This is how mine looks now.

Processing Estimates/Stats :

Your I-130 was approved in 134 days from your NOA1 date.  Your interview took 376 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Your time line says:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 6, 2017 and May 8, 2017*

(RFEs at the Texas Service Center typically add an extra 30 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

It isn't perfect.......I've read that the Texas Service Center is experiencing issues.  Call them.  Maybe they have some useful information.

I called them last Thursday which was day 41 since my RFE response was received by them.  They told me to wait another 19 days and then contact them.  I guess RFE responses once received and case status updates to "being reviewed" gives the USCIS officer 60 days to submit a decision or an action.  Today is day 47 and I am counting these days.  I hope I hear something soon, but on day 61, I will call them for sure

I'm sorry for your delay.  We experienced a delay at NVC.  We received a checklist for a missing document after about 2 months.  We finally got the official "case complete" email 11 weeks later......

Wow, yeah I heard about a checklist delaying the process.  You know I have prepared all my NVC documents and I have them sitting on my kitchen table because I look at them every now and then.  I made few mistakes in my I-130 form and I want to make sure when the NVC documents are ready to be sent that I have them and they are good

Service Centers seem to be backlogged. OP can put in a service request through the USCIS website but remember that it's not a guarantee anything will happen to your petition (like an approval). You might just get a standard response that you are within USCIS processing times technically seen.

Persons from the Philippines are processed faster than anyone else. There maybe some agreement or treaty. Other countries cannot use any philippino case as a standard.

 

I do agree that they need to call USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 supervisor .

That's really nonsense. It does not matter what country you are from, you end up on a stack of files and they will reach your file when they do.

They are proceased faster and it is in part to typhoons and flooding that affects the country along with other natural disasters.

We waited for 9 months for our I-130 to be approved. And my status still shows online as case received...

 

you can always call the 800/ number and they will check to see if you are out of processing time if indeed you are they will help you create a SR (service request) which is basically an email to the officers to let them know you are inquiring about your case. I'd suggest you be as proactive as you can be. Good luck to you!
