Visa touristique Canada refused :(

If you want to meet with your wife, you are better off meeting in a country in which you don't need a visa.  Mexico also required a visa for Morocco, so Central America might be an option and lodging/food is rather cheap in comparison to Canada.

A Canadian tourist visa is much harder to get than an US tourist visa so I don't know why people apply for Canada thinking it will be easier. In addition, as others have mentioned, the countries share information so if you got denied from the US you will get denied from Canada.

By the way, if you have the means to go through with the trip, you should save evidence that you were together and keep it safe for the consulate interview. Others have mentioned that your consulate is a hard one so meeting with your USC partner will probably help your chances of getting the CR1 visa. Good luck!

If you got a ban for lying than you won't get a green card until the ban is over. Also speaking English would help people understand your problem.

But the ban is from Canada , is not a ban from USA ???

I lied to the tourist visa interview of canada (I have not declared the refusal of tourist visa usa) because I was afraid not to meet my girl friend , we wanted to spend the vacation in canada, now she is my wife .

You have ban as far as the US is concerned.

Your Canadian visa refusal would not be an issue, I assume that the US would know but it is not an issue for US Immigration.

Your visa ban in Canada has nothing to do with your US immigration process. Although it is true that we can see if someone has been refused a Canadian visa, we don't impose a fraud ineligibility for lying to another government. The misrepresentation must be made to a US government official.

Someone mentioned that this may negatively impact your credibility, I guess that's true. But if the relationship is legit I don't see it as a problem. Lots of applicants and petitioners do sketchy/immoral things.
