Welcome aboard :D

Did you mail it Fed ex or USPS? Also what type of envelope did you mail it in? Did you literally put G-1145 on the outside of the envelope or do you put it inside the envelope on the first page?  I am almost ready, going to mail mine in the next few days.....

Also anyone know if the petitioner and beneficiary have to sign everything? Or do you think the beneficiary just needs to sign G325a & fiance letter of intent and petitioners signs everything else like I-295f, cover letter, letter of intent, question 54 proof of ongoing relationship?

I used a large envelope, form G-1145 inside as first page, photos in a plastic sleeve  (if you send an album they are going to, send you back the album), beneficiary has to sing , letter of intent, and form G325A, the petitioner everything else.

Thank you for the quick reply! I did not see a place for the beneficiary to sign the I-129F though.

The G325A's are no longer required. Make sure you are using the correct dated version of the I-129F dated 4/10/2017 other wise you run the risk of having the packet returned which would create more delays.

https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

I've sent smaller photo albums before and they were never returned. They likely add the photos to the file and toss the album.

Is the biometric portion on form 1295F about petitioner? Why do they want to know the petitioners biometrics?

There is no 1295F it is I-129F.

The I-129F is the PETITIONER's request for approval of a fiance(e) petition so it is mostly about the US Citizen to make sure they meet all the requirements.

The foreign beneficiary will be examined during the Interview process and the K-1 Visa Application DS-160 which is done later down the road.

My fiance filled the older version on May 27 so they were still accepting it and I've sent a small photo album and returned it.

If you need space just use a blank page and add your name and alien number on the top of it, stating what part and item you are referring to. Do not hand write on the form. If you are not sure read the instructions and make sure you are using the right and updated forms.

What do you mean G325a's are not required? I did not read that anywhere. hm.....

The instructions are not that explicit for the new 1-129F. I am using the form dated 08/31/2018. Do you think that is right? Has anyone used this new form?

Yeah thats the new form, and the G325a's aren't required because the info is included in the new I-129F... My USC sent the new form however, and the G325a forms with it because we also didn't know... I'm sure it wont be a problem, they can just toss it out if it isn't needed, but I have since found out, it isn't necessary :-)
