Adjusting from K1 visa. Just got an update today!!!

 

June 16 - Submission
June 19 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox
June 23 - Received email and text notifications from USCIS
June 26 - NOA1 Hardcopy for AOS, EAD and AP
June 30 - Received biometrics appointment
July 12 - Biometrics
July 27 - Interview is Scheduled
August 28 - Interview

Hi guys!

Maybe I'm overthinking too much but it is normal that the status on my I-130, I-131 and I-765 is " Case was received" since 08 June, I've alreay done biometrics weeks ago and I thought somehing would change at least on I-131 and I-765.Does someone else status on this forms hasn't changed?

 had biometrics since June 26 and nothing since then. I do know I'm getting rfe for 130a though. It's already almost 60days

I had biometrics on July 7 and days after that my I-485 changed to "case is ready to be schedule for an interview" but the case in the other forms is still the same

I had biometrics on July 20th and mine still hasn't changed as well. I also haven't received anything after the biometrics letter.

I think it just depends on what office your interview will be at? Maybe thats why it takes longer for some.

I'm in a similar position. I had my biometrics on July 13th and haven't heard anything since. It makes me wonder if they've even updated my case with the fingerprint etc. I've seen people with RFEs before the biometrics and also shortly after. Hoping I don't get one

We did biometrics on July 7 and haven't had any update at all either. Just "fingerprint fee received" and "case received" for everything. I wish they'd update a little more often! It blows my mind that some people are already scheduled for interviews. Some offices seem to need to hire about 100 more people, haha.

06/17: package sent

06/19: package received

07/03: E-notification recieved

07/21: Received acceptance letter in mail

07/27: RFE for I485

08/03: Biometric appointment

Just to clarify. On the status check, it says ready to schedule interview. From this point I will only receive a paper copy in the mail? Does the case status change after this?

You won't receive a mail yet. It will changed into Interview is Scheduled once they are able to schedule you for your interview. By that time, you will receive the mail.
