My wife arrived here on a K-1 visa and we are married now. We are in the process of applying for a green card and what not.

How many official copies of our marriage certificate should we submit with all of our AoS forms? (G-325a, I-864, I-485, I-765, I-131, G-1145)

I read on here some people got RFE's for only having 1 official marriage certificate.

She is taking my last name so all the forms have her name listed with my last name.

Should I add one official marriage certificate for each of the 6 forms???

Anyone have experience with this?

Good news is that you are filing all the related AOS forms together.

All supporting documentation is for the AOS I-485 form and only need one official marriage certificate as part of supporting documentation.  The other forms when filed together with the AOS I-485 do not need any additional supporting documentation.

It is a good idea to put an official marriage certificate in the package like you are indicating, even though USCIS says they just need copies of documents. Sometimes RFE's can occur if USCIS wants to see an official marriage certificate.

In my case, after the AOS interview, they sent an RFE to have us send them our marriage certificate again even though we could see the certificate in our file during the interview.

It's not important how many forms there are, but how many applications there are. You have 6 forms but only 3 applications. It's only a requirement to send 1 copy of the marriage certificate and that is with the i-485 application.

However, since there has been a name change I would send a copy with the i-765 and the i-131 applications as well, to be on the safe side. It's not a requirement but I have seen people getting the wrong name on the EAD/AP before as the passport is still in maiden name. Most are fine though, but why take the chance? It doesn't cost you anything but some ink and two extra sheets of paper to include it with all 3 applications.
