I have such a headache, I try since early in the morning to find out how to do the paperwork. K1 was way easier than this mess.

So.. to confirm , I need to print the bank statements from the day my husband added me to the account correct? To show the transactions we had together. He added me to the accounts though months after the wedding, I wasn't working for about a year, he was paying for everything.

Mailed packet 6/17.

Check cashed 6/20.

What's next, NOA?

...then Biometrics, right?

What is the approximate time frame for this process from submission to decision be it positive or not so positive? Anyone?

...and am I the only one getting nervous?

First of all: Happy first day of Summer! :)

I am happy to say that we finally mailed out ROC package bright and early this morning. It should get to the VSC by Friday. I added my info to the spreadsheet. Now, we just have to cross our fingers for a painless process for everyone going through this. I also want to thank everyone in here who's answered my questions and helped me put this together.

Check was cashed today!!!! :jest:

Well, actually, it "stamped/dated" by USCIS as June, 19. But my bank has reflected this today, so... let it be June 20 :)  Just added my info to the spreadsheet .

Good luck to all of us!!!!

Honestly, the only reason it's so thick is that I printed our bank statements with all the pages. I can't help thinking of how many trees died for this.

I printed them since we got married for our common checking and our common savings accounts. It added up very quickly.

Question: is it better to write behind the picture a description or use post it and write on it?

For example I have a picture of my husband holding my hand after he bought me a diamond ring for Xmas. And I have the receipt attached. I was thinking about use post it and write the description

The way I did photos was to put them into the computer onto an A4 sheet of paper and then type underneath them. Then print.

You could scan the photo and receipt into the computer then place both on an A4 sheet of paper then type underneath.

Theres no right or wrong way but I would worry about a post-it falling off
