Haven't received NOA1 for I-751

We sent our I-751 in on 4/18/2017 and as of today, 5/23/2017, we still have not received the NOA1. I know this doesn't sound right. I see most have received theirs within a few days of filing. I checked the tracking and it was received 4 days from mailing it to the California office. Should I call or just wait? Thanks

You should call.  You should have received it within 30 days of their receipt.  Have they cashed your check?  If so, you should have gotten a letter.  Be sure they have the correct address!

Um, today is only May 5. So from when you submitted your paperwork (April 18, 2017) to today (May 5, 2017) that is only 17 days. So I'd give it another 2 weeks to be safe before you get too worried.

Ur right, it is 5/5/2017. I don't know how I put in the wrong date. 

 

I will go to the Bank tomorrow and see if they have cashed the check yet, since I sent a Cashiers Check, the Bank should know if it's been cashed.

Sure, that should give you a good idea, if it's been cashed then you should be good to go. But I think they suggest 2-4 weeks to receive it and send out the notice. I don't think the I-751 is eligible (not sure since I'm still at the i-130 stage), but did you file the G-1145 for e-notification?

I think you are not alone. We have a thread for I-751 April 2017 filers here at VJ and you can share your experience there. We have a spreadsheet for both California Service Center filers and Vermont Service Center filers so that we can track the filing period. Feel free to join us as you are an April filer too. OP, did you ever receive yours?

 

i filed may 10th, by may 20th my check was cashed. Biometrics is on Monday the 19th but noa1 was never received. My case status says they sent it though on may 15.

We have received our NOA1 and already done with the Biometrics. Now just waiting to see if we will have an interview or not. Now for the waiting game as we know this part could take a few months.

I submitted my I-751 on April 30th, 2018 and it arrived at the post office in Laguna Niguel on May 2nd, 2018. Still waiting for them to cash the check and send the NOA. I am patiently waiting - some people it seems receive an NOA in a few days, others a few weeks...

Any other April / May filers waiting for their check to be cashed and their NOA to come in the mail?

Sent I-751 may 11th to California. It was received but check has not been cashed yet
