Hi, you can head over to the following forum, joining others who are waiting for an interview date and preparing for their interviews. Please read the first post, very informative info in there. See you there.

No form.  Just  make sure you  check your e-mail box everyday.  You will get a e-mail from NVC with an attachment showing your interview date and follow instructions on that sheet.  It should arrive in about 2 to 5 days in your e-mail. Then when you get it call NVC to confirm CC. (Case Complete ) Good luck with interview.

So, I had a scan date April 28. send 260 and all supporting docs and fees. I think it all got there May 3rd. July 6th they come back with a review letter, 6 pages of nothing but things like "don't forget to bring your police certificate to the interview, or a copy of your passport". Just silly stuff, like i don't know that already. . Anyway, the end of the letter says, "we think a signature on a sponsor form is electronic and not original". so please re send!!! I'm like what......but dutifully comply.  Re sign and it got there 3 days later. I am still up to to today awaiting for a review to be complete. I knew going in the process could take up to 12 weeks, i was told due to training new NVC agents. But then they came back with the review form, buying them another 4 weeks to finalise. (that's what my lawyer said anyway)

they but still since july 12 nothing. my lawyer calls and they say we should be done in a few days, but that too was weeks ago. So I sit here, waiting for the case to be complete and awaiting interview date. I guess now it will be an october date at the earliest as interview dates for september are most likely is full. I am interviewing London.

Such a stress. Is this common? Is my delay unusual? how long should I expect to get an interview date in London? Advise welcome

Hi, thought I would start a thread for those who have a scan date in April - 2017 from the NVC.

Who should join/follow? Those who filed using Method 4: Mail processing.

Please do not join if you used the following methods.

- Method 1: Upload documents online using CEAC

- Method 2: Choice of processing; EMAIL

- Method 3: Upload documents online using CEAC required

We have a long way to go.. They're saying 11 weeks.. But have seen cases (mail processing) get done in 9 weeks..

When checking in, please provide at the top of your post the following:

NVC Scan Date: (this is the day in April-2017 that the NVC has confirmed via phone that they have received your supporting documents. A complete file is ready for review when the NVC has received your fees, supporting documents, and ds-260.)

CC: (date that you received a Case Complete)

@JBMG do we have any FB groups for Sep Scan Date?

Need Help!!!!

My parents attended the interview today in Dhaka, Embassy. CO  took their passports. But didn't give the visa. CO gave a white paper listed that "They need a joint sponsor". My last year income was above the minimum income requirement. But my 2015 and 2014 income was little lower than minimum income requirement. CO told them to submit those documents asap, It wouldn't take that long to get the visa. Do you know, how long it will take to get visa after submitting those documents?
