I had our joint bank statements since 2014 till recently... you dont have to submit all every month but i made a print every quarter, medical insurance every quarter too, 401k being me as his full and sole beneficiary, car insurance ( for 2 of our cars), joint taxes every year since we got married, phone bills with our numbers both just in one bill, military id card copy, driver's license copy, gc copy, sworn affidavit from 2 people and a bunch of pictures from special occassions since 2014-present... hope these will help those who will file in the future and if an applicant was requested to give more evidences of good faith marriage.

Hi all, I shipped my package out yesterday(05/25) and my GC expiration date was on 08/25.

As for the 90-day rule, I think they should accept starting from 05/27.

I was expecting the priority 2-day will arrive on 05/27 but "unfortunately" it arrived one day earlier on 05/26.

 

In this case, will USCIS just accept my case or will return???

All petitions go to a PO box so I doubt they would pick up your package (among thousand others) and open it right away.

Has anyone had any luck checking your case status on the myUSCIS site?  It keeps telling me that the case I'm trying to add doesn't exist.  I've waited a few days and still no luck.  

 

I went to the USCIS website to make sure I was using the right site to check status and it takes me back to myUSCIS.

@mlh the valid case number should come from your biometrics appointment letter not the NOA1. Do you have your Biometrics appointment letter?

I figured why wait to send out our 5.5 lbs package tomorrow & sent it off just now.  Should arrive by Tuesday the 30th.

I filed my I-751 on Friday and I did a money order and I think cause of nervous that I addressed the money order wrong. I think I may have put the service center's name instead of putting "USDHS" has this happen to anyone before or known of this happening to anyone else that they know. Now I feel so nervous!!!
