I got the exact same thing today.

I called USCIS and the guy just told me that they need me to fax them the job offer letter and any supporting evidence of "Severe financial loss" etc...

So I did just that, I faxed them (to the fax number he gave me with "ATTN REF NUMBER XXXX....") the offer letter with a cover letter explaining my situation.

The USCIS guy said they can't confirm if they got the fax but it should take no more than a couple of days to process and approve/deny the request to expedite.

Hope this helps you.

That's fast! Congrats!

I think with this process, no news is good news is kind of the best until you get out to like the 90 day mark basically after biometrics.

Update from us;  No status change last night on the USCIS site, called this AM And rep told us to wait up to 5 days for additional action on if anything else will be needed to approve/deny the expedite request. Didn't even ask for the job offer letter yet. We went ahead and contacted the senator since feel like July 10th is kind of close.. even if we push back a week or 2 with mailing time and things. Replied asking for privacy release, which we sent along with a letter, copy of letter, bio appointment form, and our NOA's. Received a response;

"

My office has reviewed the information you provided and has contacted the proper officials expressing my interest in the matter.  We have requested that a report be given regarding this case. As soon as we have something to report, my office will be back in touch with you.

Please note, it may take the agency up to 45 days to provide my office with a status update on your particular issue. Rest assured, my staff will make will make every effort to keep you apprised of any information regarding your inquiry."

Assuming a canned response but at least a good response. Hoping for an update before the 10th but we will see!

We're in the same boat, no word since our biometrics on June 1.  As others have said, no word is usually better than hearing back, more likely we won't receive an RFE.  Most of those that have heard back are those that have requested expedites on their EAD.

Has anyone else here done biometrics and heard back since, and hasn't requested expedite on EAD?  I saw one person heard back about interview date, but they were here on a TN visa -> AOS instead of K1 -> AOS, imagine those are handled differently than those of us going from K1

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:
