Should I go back or wait for my interview in Dhaka US embassy

Hi, my husband is a citizen of US. We got married in the US. After our marriage I got back to my own country. I was a visitor there. Now he's the petitioner of my case. I'm still waiting for NVC review approval. My question is can I visit him again through this processing and just apply for adjustment of status? I already visited him once after our marriage.

She wants to visit him, not adjust her status. Assuming her tourist visa is still valid, she's still welcome to visit him here. It shouldn't be a problem.

I recommend you re-read the entire post. OP clearly asked about visiting and staying back for AOS.

You cannot enter the United States with the intent to adjust your status. I know it's frustrating, but looking at your timeline, you're so close to the end!! It looks like maybe another 2-3 months until you should have an interview scheduled. You're free to try and visit your husband, but you cannot adjust your status.

If you were going to just visit him and not apply for adjustment of status, you would want to present strong evidence to the border officials that you will be returning to your country and not staying and applying for AOS.

I think I have to wait more than 3-4 months for my interview date. It can be more than that because right now those are getting interview dates who applied on July 2015. This is showing on their website. But I think I will still wait.

I didn't have to show anything when i visited him after marriage. We got married in US and still got back to my country. I could immediately apply for the AOS but I didn't. Instead I'm waiting for the interview here.

September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
