Just wondering if I am doing something wrong.  I entered my wife's case status receipt number from the NOA1 in the USCIS site and I keep getting an error that the case does not exist.  Does anyone have any experience?

Thanks in advance.

I heard you need to enter the number on your NOA for your fingerprint appointment. That's the number of your case not the receipt number NOA

Enter the letter on the bottom RIGHT of the biometrics letter.  Not the one on the bottom left.

Takes up to 45 days to actually be scanned and put into the system, some take longer to update online and show that error. We had this happen with one of ours, and was told wait a week or two and check back. It took 2.5wk to finally stop giving the error.

Sorry for the confusion. I'll try to be more diligent with proof reading before posting.

I said:

But this should have been:

You need to enter the number from the NOA Form CRI-89, (that's not the "letter" extending conditional status for one year) you received after filing I-751.

Glad others were able to point you in the right direction with more accurate instructions.

30 days?  We filed in December, and the biometrics were in January, but I know it is going to take some time.  I just decided to take a look today.

Thanks again!
