So I was so surprised when I was getting all the replies from the updates with the cases for April filers and As soon as I got home good news too mine was received at the local office dated feb 24 :) good news everyone! Stay positive!

I spoke to tier2 officer just to confirm the transfer was not a glitch. She confirmed it wasn’t and also congratulated me because my case was approved today. I was in shock because I wasn’t expecting that. Well I should receive my approval letter by Friday. Will update if any thing changes

On February 24, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC*********, at your local office. (Yay?)

How do I check which local office is mine, is it going to be based my current mailing address?

Also, did anyone get approval from New York?

I updated my USCIS account log in information and added our case by receipt number. Once I logged in, in addition to telling me the file was transferred, it had listed in the "Next Steps" section the following message:

 

We will prepare your case for officer review.  If we need more information, we will notify you.

 

I also requested email and text alerts to notify me when anything changes with our case.

If you go on the site (USCIS) you can look up local field offices by your zip code

Thanks you. Apparently one right here in Jacksonville. Far as i knew they didnt handle applications like this, now im really confused. :blink:
