Just so you guys know, i have following interesting updates of my case from various USCIS sources:

- egov website---in April updated me that my case was received at my local office

- dhs website- told me that they just received my case on feb 2018

- local officer at infopass- told me my case was actually on the way to somewhere back in early June

- tier 2 officer on the phone- last week told me my case was still at VSC, and everyone would probably get an interview

can i say W...T...F...?!!!!

it seems uscis has extensive discussion and leaning to interview every applicants re I-751, but uscis doesnt really have the man power to do so.

as of extension for one and a half year,  uscis has released the official policy, but it does take time to implement the policy

I guess everyone's on the same page. Mine moved from "Local Office" in March 2018 then moved to TSC on July 6th. I have heard (source not validated) that TSC office processes applications quicker. Too early to tell but I guess this means there's about 90% chance that our interviews are waived  :)

Yes, different sites provide different status for us too.  We receive an email every two weeks from USCIS.DHS.GOV saying, We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time.  I regret signing up for these updates because they simply remind me that another two weeks have passed without any progress.

Can you tell me what the number is at VSC to call and speak with a Tier 2 Officer?  Thank you!

THANK YOU!  I just turned off these email notifications.  How appropriate that the site refers to these as 'Inactivity' notices.

Any one who got the May1/3rd transfer to NBC got any updates since then?

This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes Psalm 118:23:)
