Thank you! I wish you will on your AOS journey! :)

Well, he is the only applicant in Orlando that I have heard of so far whose application is so delayed. Others did not have issues. I guess it's a case to case basis as well.

Thank you!

Has anyone experience this msg while applying for their SSN/card?

I didn't experience that. I did everything in person and they mailed the card to me 3 days later. I don't remember having a case number as well for applying for social security card. 😕

Yes sorry for the errors in my first response. A few weeks ago I experience the same issue n had to use the forget password option. There are 4 questions in which u will be prompted to answer u do not need to get them correct once that Is over with u will be asked a few more questions n then a reset password will be sent to u via email or text based upon ur choosing. I don't know if there is a glitch in the system. I just opted for the reset password since I couldnt sign in.

No worries! I understand and had to reset my password as well. Just strange as the site locked me out without trying to sign in, in the first place...... still no word on an interview date, I'm so anxious!!! You?

True story: I was on the phone with USCIS being told the tracking number and I saw the USPS post man pull up outside my house with the envelope containing the EAD card. Doesn't hurt to call but unless it goes a week... it will arrive in 3 days or so.

Well folks, the fun never ends! I got an e-mail from my representative's office this afternoon stating that USCIS needed a copy of our marriage certificate. Thing is, we already sent it to them with our application! And not just 1 copy...we sent 3. One of them was the original certified copy (for the I-485) and the other 2 were copies of that copy (for EAD and AP applications). The representative's office was very understanding and said that she hears about USCIS losing important documents all the time. She believes that our case is no different and that USCIS simply lost our certificate because they requested a copy via e-mail as opposed to requiring a physical document. Simply unbelievable! After 133 days, you'd think we'd have something to show for it.

Bottom line: I'm glad we engaged our representative's office! Without doing so, I'm pretty sure we would have received an RFE which would add many additional days to our EAD/AP processing time!

Our case has been "under review" since August 8 and we still haven't received an update. I would imagine most cases are adjudicated within 14 days, but that's just a guess.
