Hi,

I have not applied DCF (TBH i did not even know about this until I just googled it)

I just hope that they are not requesting some kind of weird evidence.

No,RFE is common and possible they will be requiring some kind of missed document.

Might be Birth certificate copy,M.C,petitioner passport copy or any missed pic.

So be prepared and reply them ASAP.

Guys guys guys, so after 295 days today my case status has been changed to "REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE WAS MAILED".. this is a goooood news for me but at the same time it is bad.. anyways.. guys with RFEs, how long the process gets delayed because of RFE?

I'm sorry that you received a RFE, but as you said, at least they are checking your case.

Any clue what it could be this RFE for?

After they receive what is missing, sometimes is less than a week after they approve it. But usually between 30/60 days.

I sent them everything probably more then what was required.. I have no clue what this RFE would be for :/

I am scratching my head.. May be they lost something :/

They asking things that petitioner already sent is very common. I hope is something very simple and that you get approved after providing it.

Since you already sent photos during the USCIS stage I don't think there is any need to do that. But this list up here is correct you can send photos if you like. All the best
